Document sharing platform: Sharedocs allows the sending of documents through a private area, resistant to viruses that respects privacy, where the recipient can download their documentation by logging in with a username and password.

The strengths of the solution are: secure sending of documents avoids burdening and slowing down the mailboxes with large attachments the sender has evidence of the date / time of the document download by the recipient.

Each new user will receive by email a link to confirm the registration and subsequently, will receive the relative password. Once the recipient has received the notification email, in order to download the document, they must authenticate themselves, even from their smartphone, within the solution and download the document of interest.

The sender (company / association) may have confirmation of the actual download within the detail of the published document.

In the case of mass sending of documents, there is a form that allows them to be sent by identifying the recipient in an automated manner.
