The activities provided are the assistance and maintenance of hardware and software of a conservative and evolutionary type, following the entire life cycle of the workstations (personal computers, printers, peripherals, IP telephony, mobile telephony, etc.) and ensuring the assistance intervention in real time.

The project involved the development and integration of a solution, Meeting Rooms, for displaying the commitments of the meeting rooms and its integration within the customer's infrastructure.

The client owns 3 large meeting rooms used by employees to organize meetings and business meetings.

All meetings are scheduled on Exchange via Outlook or smartphone and automatically displayed on large screens located in the corridors and at the entrance to the meeting rooms in order to highlight the status of the meeting room (free or busy).

Application support and maintenance service, includes technical activities by specialized developers, remotely and on site, for software support activities for isab applications for which additional development days are also provided.

The project involved the development and integration of a solution, Alert Management, for the management of plant alarms.

The operating module is aimed at the fire / security service which, once the alarm has been received by the company devices, notifies it via a touchscreen within the software by selecting the areas of interest to the alarm, setting the level.

Notification of alarms (including the all-clear or level change) takes place by sending an email to the users and bodies in charge. It also allows the visualization of the site map with the status of the alarms in real time on a large screen spread over several critical sectors (collection / evacuation centers), in order to always provide a view of the progress of the events.

The project involved the development and integration of a web application, Inspection Check List, for the management of inspections on field equipment by operators.

It is possible to register all the equipment to be inspected, pre-configure special checks to be carried out with the possible answers (closed, open, with photos, etc.) and organize them in special check lists.

The checks provided for equipment are scheduled for the different shifts of the day and with relative frequency.

Complete management of the network infrastructure of the Automation function to support communication with DCS systems and interchange with the PI world, including hardware support for farms of 50+ physical and virtual servers and all related management for backup, monitoring and disaster recovery through related enterprise-class tools.
